(5) i-glam will NOT be held responsible for lost mails (registered mail is highly recommended)

(6) will mail item(s) within 24 hrs after payment through bank transfer (excluding weekends)

(7) no refund, return or exchange & no cancel of order for All items including Pre-Orders' items (unless item is out-of-stock, OOS)
